According to Cambridge dictionary, the activities of the government, members of law-making organizations, or people who try to influence the way a country is governed.
What is politics according to public? Why common man considers this term negative? Why parents don't want their children to be politician? What do you think that politics is really a negative practice? Why negative conception has been built?
Politics tells us what is right and what is wrong and educate us to choose the right leader for our country. If someone says that he/she has no interest in politics it means that he/she has no ability to differentiate between what is ethical and what is non-ethical and we know that only animals are not able differentiate between right and wrong.
If you have no interest in politics it means you have no interest in your country; either your country prospers or bankrupt, any situation will not affect you. Don't you love your country (home)? So, how can you say that you are not interested in politics.
Why common man considers the term "politics" negative? It is because of evil politicians. If corrupt politicians rule over your country for a long time then automatically a sense among citizens will develop that politics is occupations of unethical and bad people in society.
At this point, a question rises. Can we declare any term negative or positive only because of people? If you declared politics negative then what about the politicians who raise their countries and work for their people? This wrong conception in society don't let youth to be in politics. If our educated and well-informed youth will not participate in politics, because of misconception, then how will we get a leader.
Some analysts say that we should keep children away from politics. Why? Don't we want our child to learn that how to choose leader and how he or she can become a good leader.
So, it will be wrong to say that politics is not good rather they are the evil people in society who try rule with power and money and don't let public to speak freely.
