In an interview, while talking to senior journalist Dr. Moeed Pirzada, Bushra Bibi's sister, Maryam Riaz Watoo told that how and when Imran Khan met Bushra Bibi.

Replying to a question she said that she is a member of Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (PTI) since 2008. She told that round about in 2015 she used to found Imran Khan in worry. One day she found that Imran Khan is inclined towards Sufism so she advised him to seed spiritual guidance, in this regard Imran Khan was introduced to Bushra Bibi by her.

Bushra Bibi agreed to talk to Imran Khan on phone call because she wanted to be away from media. Moreover, Maryam claimed that Iman Khan never met Bushra Bibi in absence of her family members.

"It is not only about Bushra Bibi, It's about millions of other women", she said.

She refused the claim of Khawar Maneeka (former husband of Bushra Bibi) that Imran Khan did not meet Bushra Bibi during 2014 dharna.

Senior Journalist Dr. Moeed Pirzada asked Maryam that what Khawar Maneeka is doing against Bushra Bibi is because of pressure or he has a character like that?

Replying to this question, Maryam said that actually it is both. It is revelations of his character and pressure too.

She exposed that Khawar Maneeka was used to torture Bushra Bibi both mentally and physically.

On a question that how Bushra Bibi inclined toward spirituality, Maryam replied that due to abuse that she ws facing from Maneeka, she turned herself towards spirituality. Bushra Bibi was not even 17 when she gat married to Maneeka and was living in a abusive environment.

She asked where are the so-called feminist? Why are they quiet at this type of demonization of Bushra Bibi?

While talking about domestic violence she told Dr. Moeed Pirzada that Bushra Bibi went through every kind of abuse, moreover he was alcoholic.

She quoted verse of The Holy Quran:

"Surely those who accuse chaste believing women are cursed in this life and the Hereafter. And they will suffer a tremendous punishment"

About Tosha Khana case, she told that it was in personal capacity, not on state tour, from Saudi prince to Imran Khan but even then Imran Khan reported it to Tosha Khana.
