Syeda Sania Zehra Bukhari was a victim of domestic violence, brutally raped and killed by husband, Syed Ali Raza Bukhari on July 8, 2024.

Sania Zehra, a pregnant mother of 2, brutally murdered by her husband in Multan.

Earlier this week, a 20 year old pregnant mother of two was brutally assaulted and allegedly murdered by her husband.

Syeda Sania Zehra Bukhari was a victim of domestic violence, brutally raped and killed by husband, Syed Ali Raza Bukhari on July 8, 2024.
Reportedly Sania was 5 to 6 months pregnant at the time of her death.

The complainant stated that the suspect tricked the victim's family at the time of marriage, he was already married to another woman.

According to First Information Report (FIR), Sania's father stated that he received a call from police station at 9 a.m asking him to head towards his daughter's residence on Tuesday.
The victim's family found her body hanging from a ceiling fan.

The murderer, Syed Ali Raza Bukhari, did not even told her family about her death and hanged her, attempted to portrayed murder as a suicide.

Forensic Report Details:

According to forensic report, forensic specialist quite easily untie the noose around the victim's neck.

Sania was raped and brutally killed by choking.

The report said that signs of tortured were found on her body. The jaw was broken, tongue was cut off and her teeth were broken. Both of her elbows were injured and signs of torture were also found on her ribs.

Motive Behind The Murder:

The dispute over a property appeared to be a reason of the murder. Her husband continuously threatening and pressurized her to sell the house and give him money or to transfer ownership of the house owned by  Sania.
Reportedly, the murderer had also visited the complainant before the victim's death and threatened that he would kill her if ownership of the house was not transferred to him.

Justice Demand:

The tragic death of Sania Zehra echoes a demand of immediate  justice all over the country. The suspect who easily escaped the city should be under law enforcement forces. An increase in cases of domestic violence demands a proper implementation of domestic violence laws protecting woman in a society.
