Tragic school bus accident in Swat: 1 dead, 34 injured 

Swat: At least one student of grade four and 34 other students, mostly female students, were injured in a devastating private school bus attack in Swat district on Friday.

The accident happened in the Asala area of the Khwazakhela tehsil when the bus of the private school skidded of the road.

Rescue 1122 rescued the injured students soon after receiving the information and shifted them to Khwazakhela hospital. Seriously injured four of the 34 students were shifted to Saidu Sharif hospital.

As per the list issued by the hospital administration, 34 injured students were received by the hospital of whom one dies because if his injuries. Moreover, mostly female students were among the injured students.

Parents present at the hospital stated that the buses were being used by the school for students transportation often leads to tragic accidents like this one.
